It has a strong, fresh diffusive top note with a woody-balsamic body note, that tones down in a pleasant, tenacious, bitter-sweet, herbaceous aroma. It's somehow both minty and woodsy.
Rosemary blends well with lavender, pine needle oil, thyme, petitgrain, cedarwood. It's extensively used in citrus colognes, lavender waters, fougeres, spicy-oriental perfumes. |
